The framework of a home is its roof. When it is in disrepair, the entire structure can be a safety hazard. A leaky roof on the Nowell home caused significant interior ceiling damage. RTLB takes this seriously and goes above and beyond in making sure repairs are done by professionals who believe in our mission.

Rebuilding Together Long Beach and American General Roofing teamed up to complete an estimated $10,000 worth of roofing work to ensure the safety and health of the Nowell's and their home. Most of the tile roof was removed to allow access to replace the severely damaged wood underneath. Nearly the entire building was re-roofed while maintaining the home's historical status.
