A RTLB sponsorship provides community-minded companies, foundations, service organizations, and congregations a positive association with a nonprofit that holds a long, successful history in Long Beach neighborhoods. RTLB’s National Rebuilding Day and Make a Difference Day projects also provide ideal team-building experiences for the employees of our sponsors. Sponsorships can include, but are not limited to, a point person to ensure that your sponsorship needs are met, a workday experience for 10-100 employees with on-site signage and t-shirts, media promotions, and listings in RTLB's newsletter. Becoming a Sponsor at any level introduces your pool of employees to an opportunity they have likely not encountered in other jobs. Through the corporations involvement, employees can be motivated to reach beyond their existing talents and gain confidence in unique challenges. Employees are taught new skills such as learning what type of paint to apply to a bathroom vs the outside of a home or how to lay a carpet or rescreen a window.

To accomplish our mission, RTLB must rely on the financial commitment of the corporate community. To support the worthy homeowners and nonprofits we serve, our partnership opportunities range from a funding commitment of $25,000 plus an unlimited number of volunteers, to a funding commitment of $2,500 plus 5-10 volunteers. Additionally, we gladly accept donations of professional services and construction materials and supplies. If you are unable to help fund our projects but want to bring volunteers, we are pleased to design a crowd-funding website so that you and your employees can become personally engaged by seeking funding from friends, neighbors, relatives, and others.
