Corporate Sponsorship

A RTLB sponsorship provides community-minded companies, foundations, service organizations, and congregations a positive association with a nonprofit that holds a long, successful history in Long Beach neighborhoods. RTLB’s National Rebuilding Day and Make a Difference Day projects also provide ideal team-building experiences for the employees of our sponsors. Sponsorships can include, but are not limited to, a point person to ensure that your sponsorship needs are met, a workday experience for 10-100 employees with on-site signage and t-shirts, media promotions, and listings in RTLB's newsletter. Our newsletter is mailed once a year to over 2,000 community members and corporate contacts. To learn more about these valuable opportunities, please contact RTLB.

To accomplish our mission, RTLB must rely on the financial commitment of the corporate community. Becoming a Corporate Sponsor at any level introduces your pool of employees to an opportunity they have likely not encountered in other jobs. Through the corporations involvement, employees can be motivated to reach beyond their existing talents and gain confidence in unique challenges. Employees are taught new skills such as learning what type of paint to apply to a bathroom vs the outside of a home or how to lay a carpet or rescreen a window.

Sponsorship Levels

We ask our Corporate Sponsors to facilitate the communication between the employee base and RTLB on items including:

• Gathering intent to attend the work day forms and signed waivers
• Assigning a volunteer coordinator and construction coordination (if possible)
• Publishing announcements about the event throughout their facility and positively promote the experience.

Corporate Sponsors are encouraged to secure donations of materials and supplies to reduce expenses and complete repairs. Corporate Sponsorship covers the cost of building supplies (not donated) and other program related expenses including t-shirts and insurance. RTLB provides a morning snack, lunch, t-shirts, insurance, supplies, tools and water.
