Mary Anne Rose, President
Mary Anne was first introduced to RTLB at the 2005 Make a Difference Day while working with CSULB students. Over the next several years she continued to bring her students to the October workdays and was consistently impressed with the enthusiasm, commitment, and professionalism of the RTLB Board members. In 2008 she joined the Board, became Secretary in 2009, and began her service as president in 2010. Mary Anne is a staff and faculty member at CSU, Long Beach and coordinates communication for RTLB with CSULB departments such as Student Life and Development, Recreation, and the Center for Community Engagement. One of her favorite things about working with RTLB is the impact on both homeowners and volunteers – everyone is amazed at the difference we make in one day. In her free time you can find Mary Anne at the beach playing volleyball. back to top |

Diane Anglin, Vice-President
Diane first volunteered with Rebuilding Together in 2002. After seeing how a new wheelchair ramp transformed a home-trapped woman, she was hooked. Having participated as a volunteer for a few years, she joined the board in 2004 and served as president from 2007-2010. Diane works as Marketing Director for Clark Construction Group out of their regional office in Costa Mesa, CA. Diane fosters Clark's long time involvement with the organization and involves other firms in the construction industry to assist Rebuilding Together in home revitalizations and rehabilitations. Having recently attained LEED Accreditation (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) from the US Green Building Council, she looks to bring energy efficiency assessments into Rebuilding Together’s rehabilitation work. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Design/Build Institute of America, and the American Heart Association's Executive Committee. Originally from the
east coast, Diane has lived in Long Beach for the past 10 years, with her husband, and two sons. back to top |

Debbie Marr-Leisy, Treasurer
Debbie began volunteering with Rebuilding Together Long Beach in 2009. She and her husband, Bill, own Masterworks Construction Services, Inc. in Long Beach and were looking for a way to give back to the local community. Debbie found out about Rebuilding Together through a national peer networking group of remodeling contractors that she belongs to and was happy to find there was a Long Beach chapter. After attending one of the monthly board meetings and talking to a great group of friendly and enthusiastic members, she and Bill were hooked! They immediately felt aligned with Rebuilding Together’s mission to preserve affordable home ownership and revitalize neighborhoods by providing home repair services to those in need. Debbie has since acted as Volunteer Coordinator for several build days and is currently Chair of the Administration Committee, using expertise gained from running the admin/finance end of her business. In her spare time Debbie enjoys exploring – anywhere – whether walking through local neighborhoods, hiking offbeat trails or traveling to foreign countries.

Terri Griffith, Board Member
Terri's interest in RTLB was piqued when she attended the 2009 Community Event. After attending two Board Meetings and watching work-in-process on the Lin house, she became completely hooked by the devotion of the Board Members and the energy of the volunteers, and she knew this was a group she could serve with pride and enthusiasm. Terri is a linguist (and former bureaucrat), so it might appear her areas of competence are orthogonal to the needs of an organization dedicated to bringing volunteers and communities together to improve the lives and homes of those in need. But it turns out her problem-solving skills contribute to the efforts of the Site Selection Committee, the Administration Committee (which she co-chairs), and the Hospitality Committee (which she chairs). She was honored to be elected to the Board of Directors, and she looks forward to continuing involvement with RTLB.

Bill has volunteered as house captain on several jobs and uses his construction background to help organize the work days and help with the construction and safety committees.
